Feeding amounts vary by breed, body weight and activity level. The manufacturer's exact guidelines are on the packaging.

When switching foods, transition gradually over 7–10 days by mixing increasing amounts of the new food into the old.

Defrost in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Never refreeze once thawed.

Open Monday 10am–6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 10am–4pm, Thursday 10am–6pm, Friday to Sunday 10am–4pm.

This item is available by local delivery or Click & Collect only. We don't send frozen or raw food by courier, because we can't guarantee it stays properly cold in transit.

Local delivery is £3.50, on set days by postcode. Order by 2pm on your zone's delivery day to go out that evening.

Click & Collect is free from 15-17 Oldgate, Morpeth. We'll email you when it's ready, usually within 24 hours, and hold it for 7 days.

Returns: unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging. Please email info@mypethq.co.uk to arrange it before sending anything back. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Raw, frozen and chilled food can't be returned, for health and safety reasons. That doesn't affect your rights if something is faulty.

If anything arrives damaged, short or wrong, let us know within 48 hours with a photo and we'll put it right.
