-Please note that leather is a natural, porous product. If the leather becomes wet, some colour run of the natural dye may happen. Leather leads ought not be saturated with water. If the lead becomes saturated, allow it to air-dry naturally and do not use heat to speed the drying process. To keep the item in tip-top shape, we recommend treating with a leather conditioner annually.

Delivery & returns
Free UK delivery on orders over £100. Orders under £100 are charged at a flat £4.50 to mainland UK.
Order before 11am Monday to Thursday for dispatch the same working day. Most orders arrive the next working day once dispatched.
Click & Collect is free from 15-17 Oldgate, Morpeth, with no minimum spend.
Returns: unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging. Please email info@mypethq.co.uk to arrange it before sending anything back. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
We can't accept opened food, treats or supplements back, for health and safety reasons. That doesn't affect your rights if something is faulty.
If anything arrives damaged, short or wrong, let us know within 48 hours with a photo and we'll put it right.
